Ashton Carlton gained his formal education at the University of Richmond, achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Economics before graduate studies towards an MBA from George Washington University. For twenty years Mr. Carlton held management positions with corporations engaged in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail marketing and construction. During the decade of the 90's, he was the managing partner of a firm designing and developing golf courses in the eastern United States. Concurently, Mr. Carlton was a consultant to the golf industry in the areas of project feasibility, financing, construction, operations and marketing. He joined Sunbelt in January, 2000, with the opening of the Fairfax County, Virginia office where he serves as a Senior Broker. He remains in this capacity today, calling on his broad background to help each client attain their goal.

Lance graduated with a B.A. from Duke University and he also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland. Lance's background includes work in mergers and acquisitions while he was employed with Capital One. He is also experienced in small business operations gained from owning a software consulting company and a cafe. In addition, he acquired valuable experience and an understanding of general business operations as Marketing Manager at Motherboard Company and as Director of Business Developmenmt with Orbcomm. Lance's goal is to assist sellers and buyers in the process of business transfers.
